The Orquestra Clássica da Madeira presents, in the Noble Hall of the Legislative Assembly of Madeira, on the 13th of June, at 9 pm, a unique concert starring the renowned Portuguese tuba player Sérgio Carolino, one of the most innovative and influential figures in the contemporary music scene. In this special program, Carolino reveals the versatility and expressiveness of his instrument, in a striking artistic dialogue with the orchestra. Under the direction of maestro Francisco Loreto, the program includes the Sonatas (composed by Francisco Loreto), the radiant Symphony No. 5 “The Reformation” by Mendelssohn, and the vibrant Eastern Folk Dances by Etienne Crausaz. + info: Official website
